Right there with you. They would have countered all the assumptions about carrier and pricing and release dates if they could.
Reality is Nokia is a better product, but Msft is in charge. No one is being treated special. No one is releasing a WP8 before anyone else. Carriers arrangements are where Nokia is failing. The made a tatical error and no they are probably begging Verizon to take the phone.
Great opportunity here if we see $2.50 again.
