I learned that NOK is hosting a Nokia Music event in Nashville next week.
I learned that NOK, HTC, others, are meeting at the UN over patent wars.
I learned why we have been unresolved on the May 2nd 45-patent suit (see point above).
I learned that NSN spent $10M with DragonWave in the Q3. DragonWave still lost money.
I learned NOK had more layoffs at Dongguan.
I learned NOK had 4 of the top sellers in September with the #2 Russian carrier.
I was reminded Ericsson had $100M+ Q2 losses in Nokia business. How much more has NOK saved this time?
Why do I have to search GOOG News for this information?
Glad you are doing research. Bloomberg has the most complete coverage. Reuters is #2. These things are covered daily. Most importantly, they provide the facts, versus opinion. You need both of these services to help you make investment decisions. I am not sure why a music event in nashville is useful for this stock as an investment.
1- None of the above was pulled from Reuters or Bloomberg
2- Reuters has written nothing but hack pieces on NOK for the last 6 months
3- Their new marketing folks are actually doing things, free NOK music on Lumias, no one knows anything about it at the street level.
