We expect Q4 to continue the transition as we begin to ramp up sales with the Lumia 820 and the Lumia 920. We expect both products to start selling in November. As we bring our new products into the market, we are planning a deliberate rollout, where we focus our sales and marketing resources on select markets and key operator partnerships. With a solid base, we plan to continue increasing the number of countries where we sell the new Lumia products in the first quarter of 2013.
It is important to note that in addition to expanding the distribution of the products that have been launched to date, it is our expectation that we will broaden our array of products across price points and markets during the course of 2013. It is our plan to bring additional innovation, like location-based services, PureView imaging technologies and design, to a wider range of price points. We also plan to broaden our offering to meeting the specific needs of our operator partners.
"In a statement, Nokia said the fourth quarter would be challenging as it started to roll out the new Lumias with more marketing than ever before. The company said it expected poorer Christmas sales than in previous years."
