Its in Nokia's best interest NOT to stop RIM from selling BlackBerrys. If RIM is going to be able to pay the settlement money they will eventually iron out they have to be in business and earning revenue. As long as Nokia and RIM are in talks, sales will continue.
Still in court so far as we know. I haven't found it yet but I believe there might be a clause in the 1958 Arbitration preventing the RIMM/NOK arbitration in the US market (2 foreign companies in a 3rd party market).
The district judge probably hasn't said anything yet. Anyone know how long they are allowed to shelf it? I wouldn't expect anything soon.
