IMO means that everything preceding it can be safely ignored.
Sarcasm is a great literary form. It allows you to make a point to the audience and at the same time gives feedback on whether to continue a conversation with the individual.
Many people don't like sarcasm, because it is often misconstrued.

Sad sometimes you have to post it this way to open people's eyes. I have no stake or knowledge of corning glass for example. They just increased div 20% blew out numbers and did you see what they did? They lowered their buy rating and outlook saying now what? Just an example of the crooks yelling sell when they can't buy enough.
