The thing I can't get a handel on is if the new phones are selling and gaining at least some market share. I am scared they come out with something and then wind up slashing prices to finally get it off the shelves. Thanks in advance
Lumia are sell well in EU especially Germany but are a failure in the U.S with sales of only 600K in the 4th quarter after all of the marketing exposure. Apple sold 16.7 million in just 3 days after introduction of iPhone5.
So all those pumpers talking about Amazon sales rank were wrong. After using a brain cell it's clear to me the Lumia 920 hits such high spots on the sales rankings because it's only in stock about 20% of the time. So when it comes in it gets high rankings. But it's not around the rest of the time while Droids are flying off shelves 24/7. This has really been a lesson to me in terms of checking and analyzing facts and not listening to blind fanboys blindly.
Thanks and No I am not a short. I bought in September 8k shares. Just deciding what to do. If their phones are popular in EU and now China,,,is that enought to propell EPS growth for 2013?
