If you feel you have lost money as a result of a pump & dump or irresponsible, inaccurate or damaging statements by TheStreetDotCom, CNBC or JIM Cramer please respond. You can also file in small claims court by finding the registered agent and jurisdiction. If you want to seek a class action status, let's see how many are interested. Please note, you will not be able to post anymore once you join the suit or comment about it publicly. So if you are addicted to this board, do not respond. I am not joking and will be asking SEC & FTC taskforces and legal services for assistance.
Would like to but the same pen inks the checks to the Sec that signs CNB's and Cramer so it's futile..and even if it did make it to court I think your forgetting judges Congress Senate gov are paid as well.....although I agree your spinning your wheels...just relax..Nokia will own the cellular and other industries as well...patient... they bash for a reason..and it's all good..I'm with em now..join the sardine let's get this thin to $2.00 before Q2.. GO CNBC GO JIM..I WANNA BUY THAT MAN A BEER..CAUSE I'm long and want more..let's do this thing!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
If it keeps you from posting...yes please file a Class Action immediately if not sooner
how was your flight this morning
any chance you suffer from A D D syndrome?
Jim Cramer is 2-faced. Just the other day, when NOK closed at $4.25, someone called him up during the lightning round and asked him about NOK. Cramer said that he saw nothing wrong with NOK, and that he would be a buyer of the stock at $4.25. I guess Cramer was going to short shares of NOK, and he was looking to short the stock at maybe $4.30. I am all for joining a class-action lawsuit against Cramer!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You know the funny thing about this board is that when he says sell they say do the opposite because he and his friends are buying. Then when he says buy they post his recommendation and say that ok now it's safe to buy because people listen to him and will push the pps up. This board will spin anything he says to their point of view.
I think the smart thing to do in general is to do the opposite of what he says. I don't think he is necessarily manipulating the market but just like analysts tend to do they will tell you to buy or sell when it's already known by the whole world already. They are just entertainers like fortune tellers and mind readers.
Actually he was right when he told people to buy puts before the CC. If you listened to that you would have made a lot of money.
How are you going to prove it? It is the SEC's job to stop such manipulation, cause they have the means and power to investigate and find out, but they want, cause they are all the same crooks who run in the same circle of people. Wall st is a sad state of affairs. It is basically a house of crooks in suits, IMO.
No sorry, the SEC just started a brand new operation LAST WEEK right where I am to crack down on this. They have computers that look like war games. Wall Street has been holding the economy down by killing the retail investor. If you are retail glad you are in. I saw a ridiculous # on what percentage has money in the account not buying and not earning interest.
