Nokia has so many unique phone features that no other phones have. they can easily make fun of other phones in a good way. like a funny, clever and simple commercial that features the awesomeness of super sensitive touch screen, taking great pictures in low light (and tons of other camera features) and wireless charging. yet, we haven't seen any of it at all.
also military, construction workers, and all other professional that often requires you have to gloves on will find 920's super sensitive touch extremely useful.
To date, I've not been impressed with Nokia's marketing. If I recall correctly, they did replace the chief of marketing within the last year(?). On the other hand, I'm thinking they want to ramp up production more before they promote sales - the 920 still isn't available globally. We'll see what Nokia announces at Barcelona. It's possible they are already producing the new items so they'll be ready to ship in quantify after the MWC. Recall that with the 920 Microsoft didn't release W8 until a month before the 920 was announced, and I recall hearing there were some subsequent delays in W8 which impeded production into November (but I could be wrong about that last point).
If Nokia is already producing the products they'll announce at the MWC, and they're ready to ship in quantity, then you'll see increased marketing of everything.
