Galaxy 4 NOT GETTING STELLAR REVIEWS

    CNET is NOT impressed:

The problem is, based on my brief time with the Galaxy S4, very few
of the extensive list of enhancements stood out as a killer, must-have,
cannot-possibly-live-without feature. The TV control app that works
with the IR blaster is perhaps one exception (the HTC One has this,
too), as are a handy translation tool and eye-tracking and gesture
capabilities that allow you to pause a video when you stop paying
attention and let you hover your finger over an item to preview what
it is. Many other software additions are semi-interesting ideas that
some power users may enjoy once they've figured them out, BUT WHICH
WILL HARDLY CONVINCE A PROSPECTIVE BUYER TO PICK THE GS4
OVER, FOR INSTANCE, THE HTC ONE, NOKIA LUMIA 920, OR iPHONE 5.

    Sentiment: Buy

    • The gimmick is if you tilt it it move up or down or move your finger away from the screen it moves along with it. I can see there being issues with people accidentely tilting it, etc. Interesting concepts, but if you purchase this phone over these two gimmicks you're an idiot.

    • There's so much to learn with the new Galaxy S4.
For example, Samsung has added a couple of touch-free
      gesture to the S4:

If you raise a solitary middle finger in front of the S4,
it will immediately fire off an email to Apple taunting them about
the $450.5 million reduction in Apple's patent award.

If you tug your ear, reminiscent of Carol Burnett, it will email
all your friends that life is great, your doing just fine, and
any problems they may have are small in the grand scheme of things.

As for the often mentioned tap dancers in its promo. Actually,
that was a translation mix up. The advertising executive meant
lap dancers...something to do with the difficulty in pronouncing Ls.

      Sentiment: Buy

    • Of course, Its another plastic phone. But just like the S3 sold on specs this will sell even more on specs cause the specs blows everyone away, even apple.

This is why nokia has to release a new flagship by April, we need at least quad core and hopefully more than 13 megapixel camera since consumers really do look at specs. What a shocker!

Nokia can outsell Samsung Cause nokia can innovate and nokia can make beautiful phones. I said before Samsung will put out plastic junk cause they have no innovation and no originality but they know what consumers want as far as the best newest tech and they know how to market.

Eflop, we need at least 1 new flagship announced by next month so Samsung doesn't kill the lumia momentum.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • LOL!! Reviews based on 5 minutes of playtime at the unveiling tonight? Read the comments on Engadget who LiveBlogged the event. C|Net might not like it but the average consumer seems quite smitten. 

    • The next thing is here huh? looks like not much is worth while from the previous one, here.
