How much did the guys in first place pay for the honor. How do you make a living with free surveys? LOL
I went to engadget to check this story out and found this comment by this user, "And look how well Nokia is doing. That's the real story here but we won't hear a thing about it in the press. "
It reminds of this last election when Ron Paul was completely ignored by the media despite how well he was doing.
But it's nice to see Nokia second, finally some FACTS and not speculation.

Just do a search and compare this new survey with the older one in 2011 with the following title:
"Apple tops J.D. Power customer satisfaction survey, grim reading for RIM and Nokia"
and you'll see how bad things were year and half ago and where it is now. Certainly this is a great improvement and that's what MATTERS
