I don't believe having an extraordinarily wealthy investor with a short-term focus helps at all. All he would do is agitate for a quick flip. The existing management team has a long-term vision to take Nokia to unprecedented heights. They are motivated to win in the market place and it shows in their commitment to product support. They have a viable product road map and the requisite sense of urgency.
Why would we trade that for a short-term trader with a twelve month horizon. I plan to hold Nokia for the next ten years or longer.
