The Lumia 925 is nearly 50g lighter with its aluminum framed body versus the much attacked weight of the 920 at 185g. Also, at 8,8mm the 925 sheds nearly 2mm thickness.
But now you'll need a cover which you'd be a fool not to get from Nokia as it permits the wireless charging differentiator. No word yet on the cost of those covers or the weight and thickness they'll add to the 925. If the covers are 2mm and 48g, then we're back to the 920's specs.

925 price is less than 920 but no word on the additional cost of the charging covers
The bulk of the presentation was on the imaging software, including the Hipstamatic app which has in-app purchasing for most of its features.
So, an excuse for some to put off purchasing until the 925 comes out, hurting the current quarter. Those waiting for the ho-hum specs of the 925 will have to ignore everything else in and coming to market.
If Nokia have something better than the 925 on the way, that will likely not be available until Q4, so you can't expect better than a flat Q3.
As always with Nokia, we're left waiting again until the next big Nokia PR event.
