Yes. We don't have a picture of all the companies that are likely serious about taking a run at NOK. But the pressure on MSFT came from somewhere. Remember, Nokia just a few short years ago was one of the most beloved, famous brands in the world. It is still loved in many places OUS. The "brand value" of NOK is separate from their recent financial performance and problematic products. The brand can be revitalized to its former glory with one great product, say a Lumia EOS with a 41 MP super-camera on July 11th.
I can think of at least 3 other POWER HOUSE companies that want in.. Nokia maps.. Nokia cameras.. Nokia lots and lots of technology patents for the mobile phone.. I want at least $10.75 and I will get it.. don't touch that dial.. its a deal..
