According to the newspaper YLE, the Nokia board of directors met to prepare the important decisions about the future of the company. The decision is expected to appear in reports published by Nokia on 7/18. This does not seem to be a normal meeting and involves significant changes. And coincidentally, Joe Belfiore, vice president and general manager of array development was in Espoo.
It will be much easier for Nokia to follow through on the 10% share repurchase once they sell Devices to MSFT and buy NSN from Siemens to become Nokia- Global Leader in Wireless Communications and Location Services.
