    Elop' Legacy

Elop maybe from MSFT but Nokia is his Legacy. Face it he has all the money he wants so why do people work hard and long hours if not for money? Its to be remembered, his is to be the guy that saved Nokia the 150➕year old company and make it into a giant. That is why he wouldn't sell to MSFT earlier, cause he value NOK to much. If he sells Nokia it will only be because he doesn't think he could carry Nokia to the next level with out help.

    • I hope that's true. He sure gets my vote for the most intelligent and grounded CEO I've heard. It's not just what he says specifically about phones etc. but what he says about the corporate philosophy - taking ownership of mistakes, having a sense of urgency, having good morale, focusing on what disrupts the competition, enabling and working with partners and not against them but telling it like it is...etc.

He's a pleasure to listen to.

    • well he sure has #$%$ all over his legacy so far.

    • Elop will sell if he gets a good price (at least $8 and $10 to $12 more like it) for shareholders and he is left to run the devises and NN segment (that could be sold but it would be smarter to keep it as it will be huge) with possibility of soon being CEO of all MSFT.
