I was only thinking about NOK's 1/2 of NSN revenue...completely missed the other half since the purchase just happened. This means NOK could have more revenue than ERIC, be in a better financial position, have more cash...etc. ERIC is trading at $13+.
I had this clarified by Nokia investor relations. The NSN revenue figure will not change, they have always reported the full NSN sales including Siemen's portion. Nokia also reports the profit for all of NSN, however in their financial statements they back out the "non-controlling" portion of profit (Siemens). So in the future, all of the profit reported will all be credited to Nokia.
