    NOK Tax defence

I am long nok but do not like what I see regarding recent management of this company. Driverless company?
If nok is positive of their proper tax position why a reputable, independent and international auditor is not hired to provide an expert defense in the Indian courts and on the international public arena? Or is there really something nok is hiding?

    • Did you flunk recess by any chance?

    • First off, your posts are incomprehensible with the lack of proper grammar. I don't know if you "bashers" are the same uneducated clown or actually different people. If your trying to make a point were we all can have a conversation do so, but ignorance with confusing posts get you this type of reply.

    • lol indian thieves tried this same trick against Vodafone and others...they went and retroactively changed the tax laws going back 30 years just to entrap Vodafone. when the indian supreme court threw out the case, they went and retroactively changed more laws to continue harassing Vodafone...I kid you not, look it up, 30 year all the way back to 1960 lol.

Nokia India is a limited liability subsidiary completely separate from the parent, it will be shut down imo; the Indians grossly overplayed their hands. that factory outputs Symbian feature phones which msft does not need nor want; nokia has already cut production by 3/4 from latest reports.

Indian tards will end up with nothing for all their treacherous malicious attempt at tax thievery.

    • Obvious unaware basher statement from a board clown. Do some DD. Nokia India won't pay a penny more in that country and the deal with Microsoft will still happen.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Then sell. And go away

    • do more research before you sprout more nonsense. Indians are acting arbitrariliy in violation of every legal principle followed by civilized man. They retroactively changed the tax laws in 2011-2012 to apply to previous 10 years and create dubious liability as a result..moreover under the finland-indian bilateral anti-double taxation treaty; and under international norms, the parent pays the tax in finland not india...this is more bs thug speak.

stupid Indians overplayed their hands...worthless Symbian producing plant is going to get shut down on their face and they can kiss 35000 jobs goodbye....notice how they get more and more desperate trying to convince themselves of their own corrupt lies...but they convince nobody but fools.

    • Apparently you haven't been paying attention....idiot
