I prefer WHT because it is trading about 25 cents lower than the .55 ratio. In the end, eitherWHT comes up a quarter a share, which means money in my pocket or IAG comes down. Something in between is more likely. But since the .25 premium is favoring WHT, I'll buy it. Expect this premium to be reduced to zero by the merge date. Already the two stocks are not trading in lock step with each other the way they did initially.
