I sold most of what I had some time ago. Haven't bought any since. Looking to get some now to get my cost down from the few lots I own in the 9's and 11's throughout a few accounts. The values in this sector are amazing...However, we must watch the POG to see where the story unfolds, especially with the fragile IAG. PEACE
I tend to agree. I bought Friday after it seemed to retest the bottom and flew up. There is always the possibility for it to retest that $7.27 again. I will keep some powder dry to cost average if it goes back down. In now at $7.35
did a cash flow for 2013 with the following assumptions 850000 production, cash costs at 1650, Administration and exploration costs at 175 milliom, Noebium net funds flow 75 million, gold at 1650. Came up with 440 million in net income and 640 million in fuunds flwo. That is about 1.25 per share in net income and alomst 2 dollors in funds flow, I would say this company is very undervalued. EGO has almost three times the market as IAG with with lower proudction, (although cash costs are about $300 lower than IAG) and no outside income as IAG has in rare earths. go figure.
Good entry point. I got in the low $7.40's and am saving some dry powder just in case it retests. Gold at $1500 an ounce is priced in the way I see it. IAG is trading under book value and with a forward PE in the single digits. Pretty undervalued IMO.
