    10Q just filed ... a total (and I mean total) disaster .....

Revenues 1/3rd of what they were last year this quarter. Another 13 million shares handed out to 5 investor relation pump and dumps.

    • Some excerpts:

"In February 2011, Darryl Adams filed suit against us alleging various employment related claims. The matter is set for trial in September 2012.

In January 2012, Ivor Newman filed suit against us alleging various employment related claims. The matter is set for trial in December 2012."

$3 million in losses for the year, and the year isn't over yet.

Sad, sad, sad. When did this company ever net even a penny?

And here are the magic words direct from the horse's mouth: "We have generated minimal revenue since our inception on September 12, 2002". True dat, these guys are in business to sell paper, err, stock.

"In June 2011, FPT Software filed suit against us for breach of contract related to software services they provided. After several months of litigation, the case was settled for $60,000 to be paid over a 120 day period. "

    • You bigtime "pro stockpickers" (not) didn't see this coming long ago??? Under multiple phony usernames you have been pumping this POS here and elsewhere ("back up the truck!" Seeking Alpha?) forever until you screwed yourselves. You helped a crook make a dime, maybe shafted a few gullible souls but in the end you can choke it. Dirtbags! :(

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

      • Listen. People have the right to their opinion, and they can choose to buy or sell any stock. I understood the risk when I bought this stock, and I am fully prepared to lose it all. However, I still don't expect this to happen. Do you really think people were snapping up millions of shares recently because they expected huge revenue in Q3? Personally, I think it's about what's coming next. SPBU would have already had incredible success if it was lead by anyone other than Cery. I think his time is near an end.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Time for Cery to go. Too many promises to investors and no positive results.
