There is no free ride... Theoretically you could add water to gas and it would still work in an engine. Gas line antifreeze was made to bond to water in fuel. But if you notice in their NR's, they dance around providing ALL data such as the drop in horsepower when doing so. You might add 10% water and have the fuel still work, but the drop in power would necessitate the use of more fuel than before, so in the end you would not have any net gain. More pump and dump penny stock misleading.
