    IMX Warrants

The warrant holder is not going to make money on warrants untill he registers them for sale then and only then may he sell at a higher price, or short them shares. Lastly a warrant holder knows the interest is what it is all about and holds the warrants for the interest, unless he registers and converts. So if the warrants are called it is for the warrant price, and not the current market price. Theses are so few shares we are talking about here, warrants under 11, that it is totally irrelevant. Now when we get over 16 then folks with warrants may do something, but here at these levels it is nothing.
Does the warrant holder loose money? Not as long as he has not registered his shares and collects the interest, and the company pays in full at the time of expiration. That is why warrant holders register to convert when the share price is up and over the guidelines. But here there is not enough shares to drop the price even if they were released to the open market. Hope this helps. Call IR, what's his post just gave you the number and person with extension and all.
