FC, as one of the three in ten Americans who don't get it yet, you continue to support a failed and disgraced leader who has put us in a position of radically diminished security. The money spent on Iraq, the diversion of our standing Army there, and now the planning to lob nukes into Iran have nothing to do with the war on terror. These actions are the result of an ill-conceived ideology, marginal intelligence, poor stategic planning and inept operations on the ground. Bush, Cheney, Rummy and Co. are not going to suddenly wise up and start doing things in the interests of security. It seems they will persist in their hubris and incompetence until the Middle East is burning from Tel Aviv to Kabul. You are fond of name calling and conservative platitudes as if they constituted an argument, but it's to the stage where you can no longer ingnore the scope of Bush's failures nor the gravity of the consequences. We're in deep shit and it's a race to see if we can get proper leadership in place before the Bush White House brings on irrevocable calamity in the Middle East.
