That's why everyone is here to get binaried. Ya i would be surprised if

it wasn't next week. Actually I hope so or that won't help the sp any. People will start to think something went wrong. One unique aspect of this 'binary event' is there has been 'regenerative feedback' as opposed to the fda keeping everyone in the dark right up to a major report. Glenn has feelers in the tsa. X-tsa folks working for him and they all talk. The testers actually inform of a less than perfect test outcome and it gets corrected. I can't stress enough how big a difference this is rather than a do-or-die final report from the fda. The tsa wants this machine to work. The only thing that could happen is a correction that has to be 're-engineered' and cause months of delay. From what i'm hearing from the sensible folks on this board doing commendable dd for us is this is unlikely. glta

    • You have lost, divalebbu.

    • "feelers in the TSA"--- get a clue man. Go listen to the last two CCs. "feelers in the TSA"--my gawd that is clueless and worthless.

And here's a fact , jack, there is NO RE-ENGINEERING going on. Do you even know what that means? Again, totally clueless.

And about your binary...is that when the TSA buys units or is that when fed-x buys a fleet of units?
TSA cert. for cargo is just letting the BULL out of the STALL, pal.

Posts like yours, with a thin veneer of LONG-speak are the worst things anyone could take in.

      • here td watch how someone can can write something without calling names and insulting:
yes re-engineer because anything but the absolute guarantee of approval would be what? yes you guessed it- re-engineering. If this were a guarantee like you starry-eyed head in the clouds longs like to think this would be a $5 stock right now. Then you wouldn't be able to make money because there would be no opportunity for you to bet on a risk because it wouldn't be a risk at $5 but according to you its not a risk at $1.25. In all my paragraphs I've said nothing a long who isn't trying to fool himself wouldn't say. I am long and hoping for the best but a little realistic pessimism now and again is healthy medicine for fellas like you.

      • You are right TD about no re-engineering. That means going back to the drawing board and starting over. The TSA requested minor changes and in less than 2 weeks IMSC said they had made the changes. That is NOT re-engineering!

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Diva, I too have been a fellow pharma investor over the years, and it is a lottery type event that can crush you or make you wealthy, usually with very little actual info during the Phase process.

I can tell you, or you can ask anyone who answers the phone at Implant, the 220 is still down in NJ, it is still in the "tweaking" process, and it is ONLY a matter of time before the cert is awarded. Implant has zero control over the timing of this. They may be frustrated over the length of time needed, but they are absolutely not worried whether the approval is coming or not.

The feedback you talk about is there, and all positive. It's the lay of the land for a spec stock. The longer the delay, the more the uninformed panic, the more ammunition for the shorts, and the price suffers. We've heard it before and I know it sounds hallow after all this time, but it is REALLY worth hanging in there for the next week or two.

      Sentiment: Buy
