Now guestimate IMSC gets about of half of that. . If so then 11m revenue = 28 benchtop sniffer sales per month .
One would assume the recent pedigree hires get big bucks and/or or generous stock option grants.
Regardless they will need to generate steady orders of hundreds of units (i.e. government agencies) to become profitable.
This "pedigree" sales team left their high paying jobs to come to IMSC and receive stock options and high salaries. They came from the competition! Sales take time. The have only been on board for about a year. Procuremen and testing of equipment is measured in months/years. To expect the 14 person sales team to acutally sell enough equipment over the past year to cover their salaries is unfair at best. Sales teams need years to build clientel. This is a home run and everyone knows it. Glenn is working an America's Cup comeback with the Skippers Hat that wll blow everyone's mind.
