    Paying for perfection

With a market cap of nearly 270 million dollars I think this stock is priced to perfection. I think this because included within this market cap is a 33 million dollar preferred dividend and also 88 million in equity that the preferred stock is entitled to. So although the market is listing a 270 million market cap it should be nearly 360 million. Still think this stock is cheap?

    • I think that is a really good idea. I sold out at 5 to 4.75. I think this stock has a lot of challenges to overcome in the future. I actually think this stock will tank when the preferred is paid off. Something like buy the rumor sell the news event. I can't see how losing 33 million will cause the stock to rise.

    • maybe, when a divvy is offered on common shares we will bwe out of penny stock status (below$5), fixing to add to my position under the assumption of a divvy in 2014 below $4.50

      Sentiment: Buy
