If we assume the 4th Q distribution is actually in 2012. Meaning we could see something along the lines of $.53, $.57, $.61, $.65...getting us to $2.36/unit for the year.
Also would add that Cohen said $1 billion in acquisitions in first 12 months. We have made ~$700 million. Another $300 million dollar deal, would likely be a big boost in terms of accretion.
I'm still thinking we probably make a play for Pioneer's Barnet combo properties or Quicksilver's Barnett properties. Just makes too much sense. ARP is trying to build up a core position, they have built up a large staff with the Titan folks...they need acreage to drill and adding more production in the area drives down the per unit costs.
