The shares outstanding can be calculated by dividing the market cap by the share price, and presently the market cap = $1.02M, and the share price = $0.051, therefore the shares outstanding = 20M.

Not true! The share price will increase or decrease, when CCTR releases an actual earnings report. But right now it seems to be in limbo, until some actual factual stuff comes out. I'm gambling that the stuff will be good when it does come out, and CCTR will eventually move much higher.
