Being a shareholder has been a nightmare

How many days has this been down for the past 3 months? Really unbelievable, and then the late filing? Down close to 40% on my investment.

You don't know what a nightmare is until you own FLWE,GSPG,ASFX,OPGX,PABN,MODC AND GETA. Most of the penny stock are nightmares if you buy and hold.

Yep, the trick is not to be too greedy, after all you have to sell sometime to get a little profit.
What I've tried to do with these penny stocks is to buy large amounts, say 200K shares at 2 to 3 cents a share, and wait for it to go up, then sell off enough, say 50K shares, to get back my principal plus a nice chunk of change. Then the rest of it is playing with the houses money, and when it stops moving up, I start selling in chunks of 50K to 25K shares.
This is a simple and basic method for trading penny stocks, but its important to have a plan, when gambling on speculative stocks.

If he's really done all these sleezy things, as you say he has, why hasn't he been indicted?

<<No legit CEO would issue these types of PR's. It smells of a used car salesmen just trying to unload a piece of crap car on a unsuspecting buyer. You will see the share count blow up as each quarter passes. Once it is fully diluted it will be off to another shell.>>

I can't understand why you,re still here? After all you've made your point, so there's no use carrying on about it anymore, not unless you're intent on driving yourself mad, and that could happen, if and when this stock takes off.

    • I invested in PV when NWMT was IPVO. That was "YEARS" ago. Since then I have heard it all. PV created companies with buzz words like "Homeland Defense". I'm shocked he isn't doing a H1N1 shell. Back then I had no history of PV and I didn't understand the game. I'm giving you the knowledge to not piss away your money.

We held .04 for at least 2 seconds things are looking up !!

    • <<How many days has this been down for the past 3 months?>>

Its been up the last two days, although up a small amount, its still up. And thats a positive sign, going into the 3Q earnings report this Friday.

    • <<I'm trying to have a debate, so please don't take anything personal.>>

I'm not taking it personal, but I believe your rhetoric against PV shows that you are.

<<I never like to see people get screwed like PV makes a habit of doing.>>

I can only assume that you believe PV screwed you, and more than once.
Do you ever take responsibility for your own actions? Because I'm pretty sure nobody forced you to buy into PV's ventures, did they?
Could it be that you knew when to buy, but not when to sell? Thats called being too greedy, and we're all guilty of that from time to time.

<<You're being naive. Would a real CEO mention a short squeeze in a PR headline? Would a real CEO use the term "Profitable Revenue" over and over in a headline? Type in "Profitable Revenue" in a yahoo search. You will see PV's name all over it.>>

First, PV is not the CEO, thats Paul Danners position. And plenty of CEO's pump their companies all the time.
Do you think CEO's should bash their own companies? If you do, that would be native.

    • I'm trying to have a debate, so please don't take anything personal. I never like to see people get screwed like PV makes a habit of doing.

Did you ever research DFTS and NLAI? Did you ever research your flagship company of CCTR which is NWMT (on the pink sheets)? PV changes symbols a few times a year on purpose. It prevents research. PV knows the micro-stock investors won't dig deep to research his companies. He can hide behind the safe harbor and just make wild promises. CCTR was formed out of the shell intercell. I don't know the exact number of diluted shares pre split but it is at least over 300 million extra diluted shares pre split.

You have a lot of faith in PV. 1) he has no history of doing anything for the shareholders. 2) 2 out of his 4 shells are worthless 3) There is no tranparency

Basically you just hope they bait a lot of naive investors on a PR and you can jump out. That is hard when he is diluting at a rate of over a million shares per week. That is a lot to ask. Here is his record...

      NWMT - Down 99%
      CCTR - Down 99%
      DFTS - Worthless
      NLAI - Worthless

PV is doing fine though. He has the American Airlines platinum card if you didn't know.

and no, a billionaire wouldn't invest in PV junk. They wouldn't be billionaires if they fell for these types of "investments".

If you choose to ignore PV's history, you will go down with all his investing victims.

Hey, calm down, you can't lose more than you put in, and hopefully you've only put in what you can afford to lose.
But the good news is, if you hang in there a little longer, things should pick up, along with your spirit.

      • No big deal, just lose everything you put into CCTR. What? Lose your money so a guy to just pump and dilute and live life in luxury on your money.

Learn the PV game. If the share count is over 40 million you know this is a pump and dilute game. That would be a 100% increase in the share count in a quarter. I have a feeling the oustanding sharecount is much higher though.
