I am in China right now. Try to locate their operation in China, I went to the price they had address in Shanghai, I could not find the office.
It looks like a residential area for me.
Anyway, If anyone could find their telephone number or address, please posted here.
I will be in China for another month. Would like to find what is PV's 100 million operation in China really all about.
Invested over 30K on CCTR/New Market. I still have the stocks, but there are worth less then $1 combines.
I will spend my money and make sure this scam go to jail.
You must have gone to the wrong place.
Their Shanghai office looks like a doctor or dentist's office.
It is not in a residential area, but an area with many small companies.
You can see a photo of the office here:
If you put the address info into Google Maps it will display the area to you and the satellite view shows plainly that it isn't a residential area.
It is two blocks West of The Haiyatt Hotel Shanghai and about 4 blocks East of Kensaku Sharon Tennis
Stadium that is at where Qinjiang Rd dead ends at Guiguo Rd.
Just an afterthought to my reply, you may also want to share your findings with the local Media in Dallas, Texas. I am sure it will make a very compelling special interest story.

Good day. It's morning in China. The price I went yesterday had address:
2F No. 123 Qinjiang Rd.
Shanghai, 200233, P.R. China
From CCTR's web Site. For some reason, they don't have the Telephone Number(Is it a joke) or a fax number. If they have a telephone, I will double check the address.
Now I understand the problems: They don't even have operation in China. The management should go to jail. They don't have any personal in China.
Hope other Chinese national could verify the same thing for me.
The address I have is: Shanghai Office
2F No. 123 Qinjiang Rd.Shanghai, 200233, P.R. China
