    Working for TriMas

I am thinking of working for TriMas but am concerned about the past corruption in their former parent companies management, Heartland Industrial Partners. Heartlands CEO David Stockman was forced to turn over the company to his partners and step down as the chairman to Collins and Aikman, which eventually went bankrupt. Stockman was charged with manipulating revenues and earnings. I noticed Heartland has just divested their 45% ownernship in the company, which may be a good thing, but they still have two members of their firm on the TriMas board of directors till 2012. Is their still concerns with this company? Is their anything that I should be concerned about regarding their past?
