I'd be curious if management stuffed the channels and hyped the stock last year as they sold alot of shares into strength.Probably would be dificult to prove.Though a lawsuit might put them on good behavior if they are not already behaving well.

I think those sonsabitches knowingly stuffed the channels last summer, inflated revenues and margins, dumped shares, and are laughing all the way to the bank. They are losers.
Sounds like a plausible basis for one.
What would the basis be? It sure looks like there's inside info that has been leaked, but then again this is thinly traded and it could just be someone dumping a huge position and not enough buying pressure to offset it in a weak market.
