Remember this topic I started on May 23, 2013, when the stock was trading in high $3's?
Those resident idiots were bashing my posts. Well, look who won the in the end?!
Today's announcement from the company looks bullish in the long run. Scale matters.
Looks like many of the new fund buyers have had a chance to study the 10Ks and digest Fonar's history of deception and self dealing. As the funds learn, they gradually unload and their pumper's move on.
For the reason of added visibility, think Fonar bought a higher base to the price, but me still thinks the fall will not settle until it hits below $3.00 which is still very high relative to actual assets.
So, your JVA purchases turned out great? You bought at $12.60 on Mar 22 and 10.57 on Apr 2 and now it's $7.51. On the bright side, I see you call the neysayers on that message board idiots too - lol. You're a riot.
(Mar 22 sym JVA) You know I've been trying to get back in under $12. But no dice. So, this morning I got back some at $12.60.
(Apr 2 sym JVA) Bought another 10,000 shares at $10.57. Thank you sellers/shorts.
My prediction will be that you will rebutt saying you shorted 100,000 shares so you made a tidy profit - lol. What a stock pro you are.
Rich, thanks for the correction, never noticed they bought a second Ovation, thought it was an Upright. Don't know how I could even begin to keep track off all the Fonar name changes and paper shuffling without you and Al.
Class A Preferred shareholder
>>>Today, GE is still the contracted manufacturer of the Upright.<<<
Show a link..
The GE/Fonar sale was to the Center for Diagnostic Imaging.
They purchased another Upright through GE in 2008, before the license expired.
They purchased a third Upright directly from Fonar in 2009.
To continue their expansion they purchased 2 additional Uprights in 2011...but not from Fonar...why buy used/re-furbished units from Fonar when you can buy them for pennies on the dollar from closed Centers and re-furbish them yourself?
Please show us where GE still sells the upright?
Here's GE's MRI product offering at http://www.gehealthcare.com/euen/mri/index.html
And now you're saying the Fonar 10K that says the Fonar/GE agreement has expired is wrong?
And from your own link it specifically says, "There are many reasons that a pre-owned GE Fonar Upright MRI system is an attractive option, especially when it comes to patient comfort and convenience." so they are trying to unload an old, used machine.
From your GE/FONR link:
"There are many reasons that a pre-owned GE Fonar Upright MRI system"
So it appears you are pointing out to us, that the single ever promoted "Standing Ovation" sale, is now on the USED market.
The reason I say promoted, is Culver had told me that Fonar did all the selling, and gave the credit to the competitor GE since it was awesome promo for the cross licencing deal...
Still waiting for your explanation how I hold my original Class A Preferred shares
The good thing about Yahoo message board is that there is always that "Ignore" button.
I always click the ignore button on those nasty idiots. "Out of sight" is my way of dealing with them, and remain focused in trading.
