Why was the total # shares reported held by him in the Yahoo database not increased by 100,000 from 534,661 to 634,661? Or is he simply long another call on 100,000 shares? I saw the reported purchase on SEC form 4 (says he paid $130K), which appears to be in the Yahoo database.
Yep. What larry fails to understand is simply that Shai is not stupid. He invested 1/2 of his gross compensation in 100K shares. If there is a guy who should know whether it is a good investment, don't you think Shai is the guy? Otherwise, we all are wasting our $. I was wondering why he didn't buy in at 50 cents last year, but figure he was prohibited because of the settlement discussions with the government. larry can call it any way he wants, but Shai is ramping up for 2010 which is not a dumb strategy. Remember, there is still more cash in the bank on a per share basis than the market price. Not a bad thing in my book.
