In answer to your question about the next future steps, I believe that continuation and completion of the required permitting. There is no problem with such; however, it's just an arduous and time consuming process of paperwork, etc. to get through all the red tape requirements. Nevada is a mining friendly state, so the premits will be forthcoming in due time.
