I would question the sustainability of the uptrend in office furnishings, and would more likely consider it a long awaited cycle upgrade in the later stages. After all, it has been good news across the board- MLHR,KNL,SCS,HNI.
I hate to remind you Ivy, you were a doomsayer a while back, too. Cost of steel and other commodities were causing you to make dire predictions for MLHR. Ziggy was touting teens for the future, and you were also predicting a big downturn. Comparing price to 3 years ago is lots different than comparing to predictions of where we would be today vs the stock price today.
