Think about it. All they have to do is disqualify $3M in expenses from AMC. You can bet AMC made it look like they spent more than they did too to reach the inflated $103M number. This is a slam dunk. Ergen doesn't go to court unless he think it's a better payoff and he's almost always right.

This is such #$%$....OMG. SO, if they spend $1 dollar on the programming and $100M on marketing and overhead (fat pay checks), they'd be in compliance with the contract??? That is such #$%$. The jury is going to see right through this.
