To get them to the table Dish needs to offer 3.50 or higher for all of CLWR today. They can't wait and see, Everyone is watching. Lawyers are drooling and if Sprint is to walk away with Clearwire they need to know it's with Dish. How can Sprint continues to value CLWR so low and not address DISH'S offer which is much higher.
