Dish needs a network and if they are to get one now is the time. To get one they either need to have their own or partner with someone else. Sprint is the first of only 2 real choices. To get them to the table Dish needs to offer 3.50 or higher for all of CLWR today. They can't wait and see, Everyone is watching. Lawyers are drooling and if Sprint is to walk away with Clearwire they need to know it's with Dish. How can Sprint continues to value CLWR so low and not address DISH'S offer which is much higher. Sprint needs CLWR and DISH needs Sprint. The worst that can happen to
Dish is they end up with CLWR and it's spectrum which is their only real second choice anyway.
No. Sprint needs to go away from this deal. The real money for DISH stockholders is with ATT. They need Clearwire, DISH's spectrum and their satellite customers to make better deals with content providers. I could see ATT paying $50+ for DISH.
