Softbank should think about buying DISH
DISH is under levered, has a horde of spectrum, is priced cheaply, has a stable core cash flow rich business to fund wireless. You can sell DISH service in Sprint stores. You can sell mobile and satellite TV bundles. You can cross sell to each other's consumers. Imagine if Softbank can consolidated Sprint, CLWR, and DISH! They'd have a ridiculous amount of spectrum to crush T-mobile.
