In a take-over DISH not only needs spectrum, they need existing customers. TMUS-PCS has moved into LEAP territory, this makes TMUS a more desirable take over target than NTLS, IMO. Although both will satisfy much of DISH's goal to enter the wireless world big time. My bet is TMUS.
What do you know besides what has been made public?
Netelos is a Sprint network reseller outside of their own small footprint. The company has 2.5GHz licenses in limited areas used in the DISH trials. The attractiveness to DISH might hinge on Netelos' agreements with Sprint being transferable and extendable.
