This looks like stop sells were triggered by some initial profit taking. Remember stop cells just start the selling they do not gaurantee a price per share. A lot of people who use these get burned. They wake up to find the their stock sold at 1-2$ under their stop sell limit.
Also; There was an article in the wall street journal explaining the regulatory "road blocks" that face E* this AM.
