WAR LIES THAT IS THE ISSUE HERE

everything else at this point is a distraction. The point is DI DTEH PRESIDENT AND BRITS CONSPIRE TO CREATE A FALSE IMPRESSION THAT THEY HAD WMD AND WE WERE IN DANGER OF HAVINGTHEM USED ON US. LET'S forget the democrat republican stuff. This is a moral issue about our government and how we want to live as Americans amongst the world. If we allow this to be swept under the carpet then we are no better than terroists. We just do it with a smile and a flag of democracy. We are just kidding ourselves if we do allow this to go unquestioned. It's painful to do but very patriotic and in the end we are a better country for it.

    • no it just show how clueless you are on pretty much every topic.

    • Yes, I'm sure you would much rather lose your freedom to John Ashcroft.

how can you be such a moron? The focus on Iraq is to free a people of murder, torture, fear and tyranny. Al Quieda is still the focus and the hunt continues for the slime terrorists. There are battles daily around the world to rid the streets of Al Quieda and the likes. Don't be naive. You should quit posting as well, you are sounding like a bumbling idiot that isn't up on the facts.

are you soooo stupid you do not know our main focus was to take out Germany first? ==========================================

In THIS discussion, WHO gives a shit! Iraq, NOT Germany!

    • "I don't want to lose to any of my freedom to a misogynistic luddite mullah from some third world dictatorship"

Japan attacked the US at Pearl Harbor. Inexplicably, Germany declard war on the US several days later. After consulting with Churchill, FDR decided to focus their joint efforts on Germany first, as they posed the more significant military threat. We did continue to go after Japan, however, (Doolittle Raid, Battles of Coral Sea, Gudalcanal, Midway) while we were gearing up for North Africa and the Nazis.

We continued to flail at al queda even as we invaded Iraq and based signicant troops in Central Asia and Africa. This war (WWIV?) is global and will be fought wherever the enemy shows himself- at home & abroad.

As to why this matters? Those who don't know their history are doomed to repeat it. And I don't want to lose to any of my freedom to a misogynistic luddite mullah from some third world dictatorship...

    • he did not lie you dumbass. So get over it.

    • are you soooo stupid you do not know our main focus was to take out Germany first?
