>yeah..well they work harder, are better educated, expect nothing for nothing....
First they not well educated. I am well aware of they curriculum. 99.99% of them think that they are. None of them ever attended US/ euro school yet all make this bogus claims. Not to say that US schools are that great.
"they work harder" again it is just not true.
"expect nothing for nothing" - bologna again. They expect good pay, don't care about environment, most are insanely cheap and all they care about making perception of been rich. Audit any indian owned business and I guarantee there is a tax fraud.
In the end it is not about education, productivity, or experience it is all about money. The issue with some of H*B programs is that some make them independent contractors and by may/june they out of the country and not paying a single dime to IRS. They could take home 40% less and still make same amount of money as me.
Congress should mandate that sponsor must be responsible for collecting taxes. It makes no sense to allow h*b w/o it.
