wow! this is really nice for once

Go ahead and sell this one and in another 6
months and another split, you'll wonder why this stock
is so resilient and tough, I've seen Oracle in
action all over the world, they are here to stay and
cheap is cheap, it's no secret. Buy this stock, hold,
    and sleep at night.

    • The reason that I ask is that as recently as 6
months ago, I attended Oracle Training, my experience
there was horrible. The instructors could not even
answer simple questions on the SQL and PL/SQL that is
the basis for all of Oracle's software. This may be a
very narrow minded view of oracle and I apologize for
that. Please just let me know why they are such a good
company, better than the alternative Database Software
      Companies.

      • I have the same experience as you did. Can you
believe it ? Sometimes they were hiring external people
to do the internal only classes.

        In these
days, the ORACLE experience is so hot. It is very
difficult to find a qualified people to stay in the
classroom. Just think about that if you can make 10K more to
be a consultant , what will you do.

        Now the
education services are reporting to Oracle support
services, hopefully things will turn to the bright
        side.

        Good luck,

        Mark

      • I have taken three classes from Oracle education
(Data Modeling, DBA Admin, Distr DBs).

        All of
the classes were taught by excellent instructors
especially the DB Modeling. THese instructors all had
industry experience and knew the product (at least the DB)
        inside and out.

I took the classes in Tysons
        Corner VA.

Just my narrow point of view.
