    WHY IS ACTS FLAT????????????????

After those results with $3.36+ in net cash. The company reported above consen and gave guidance above consen. I estimate the company could be profitable in 3Q & report substancial EPS in 2010. I would think the stock should move up to at least cash value on the back of that report. Why is it not moving yet? Is the market that blind? This seems like a huge imperfection in the market unless I am missing something.

    • At the end of the day yesterday there was someone trying to sell a block of nearly 80k shares, but they didn't get most of it sold. At the beginning of the day today, someone with the same size block and selling at the same price (probably the same person) sold it all. That held the price down a bit.

      I bought some more today.

    • Market sometimes is not so efficient to adjust itself, let alone ACTS is a small cap with ugly data so far, and earning is not staller at all.
People need time to understand the turnaround story.

      • Yes. Use the time to accmulate the stock while it is still cheap. It is really does not make sense that the stock trades under cash value and the company cash value actully went up this quarter. If you believe the economic will improve and ACTS's revenue and earning will improve, ACTS stock will go higher in future. The management has guided that the earning will be positive this quarter. I bought more when I saw there was not much change this morning. Be patient. I see the stock to go up above cash value before the end of year and double/triple one year from noe.
