I know alot of MYRX shareholders are upset over this deal. I'm a JAV shareholder and I feel like I have been run over by a truck. After listening to the conference call, the MYRX management sounds very savy to me and they did very extensive due diligence (much more than normal). These guys seem pretty smart and they would not be doing this deal if they didn't think they could make money off of Dylocject. I just hope the MYRX pipeline is as good as you guys say on this board. Strange deal though. Both sides feeling like they got screwed. Given that, it has to be one hell of a win/win.
I just looked at JAV's other product: Ereska is intranasal ketamine. Not that I'm much of an outlaw, but ketamine is a popular drug of abuse (and only Schedule III in the US, although some other countries come down harder on it). That product is gonna sell waaaayy beyond medical need for it.
