    Re: Timelines

I'm not sure what the actual timelines are with the FDA. The FDA must respond to the NDA within 60 days. The FDA site says it will respond to a request for priority review within 45 days of teh request. I don't know if the request for priority review can be made in the initial submission. Any one know?

    • Yeah dick wad, you all have me on ignore, that is why you keep responding. Yup MYRX wins, we have a company with no cash, failed drug trials, and a drug we are banking on that has an NDA not even accepted yet, let alone an approved drug. Makes a lot of sense idiot.

    • Startup, you distract this board from any worthwhile discussion. We all get it. You are against this buyout, yet you fail to offer clarity. No one thinks you are to be taken at face value, and I am sure many just ignore you, like a pesky knat.

So, the debate of Startup vs MYRX is a no brainer. Hands down MYRX wins. MYRX stated their logic, expectations of $value, clearly answering the questions presented to them. You on the other hand sputter, showing no ability to offer reasonable arguments.

You might as well get used to this routine, as MYRX has expressed their plan to make further aquisions.

So put up or shut up.

    • Startup, you are certainly entitled to think JAV is trash. I have no problem with that. The fact that several of us disagree with you does not make us idiots. Pretty much every one on this board makes serious posts but you. Maybe you should go over to the JAV board. You would fit right in.

    • dont worry, startup still sleeps in his mom's bed .. that's why he is so immature ..

    • I'm assuming this is as positive as you get. I'll overlook the "idiot" remarks and take your stand as a vote of confidence for MYRX. We can both hope for better days ahead.

    • You can go back to the JPMorgan healthcare presentation available on the Myriadphara.com website.

As I recall, when they discussed this, MYRX said the FDA had the 60 days to determine the status. They also pinpointed the 12/2/10 date as the latest date for final determination, at which time they would need a hospital sales staff to implement the use of Dyloject. In the presentation they said IF priority status is granted, final determination would be six months earlier. That would be 6/2/10.

I do not recall if they actually noted the date of application. Let me know if you have that information, as I just assumed it was 12/2/09 given the timeline they discussed.

They will soon have the answer to your question.

The presentation is worth the time.
