At some moment it's better to not do a R/S. Stocks stop going down when they appear to be low at just a few cents or so. It's just like some years ago this stock was at 0.30 it was kind of the ultimate low and people would buy.
This company is in the business of selling shares, not in the development of any type of biotechnology or medical treatment. Anzalone has made a fortune converting his fictional tales into saleable shares of a grand illusion. When the story promises to be particularly compelling climactic episode, he does a private placement several months ahead of time and places no restriction on the resale of those shares (see my earlier post about Lincoln Park). The revenues are then dispersed in the form of employee compensation.
