FSI does not do anything with aspartic acid. If it did then there could be a basis for comparing it to Fulvic acid which is a natural ingredient and a component of humic substances. It is not possible to get a proprietary position in either fulvic acid or aspartic acid.
Polyaspartic acid,(PA), which FSI sells to increase phosphate uptake into crops, is protected by dozens of patents. FSI is the only company in the world to have developed a renewable process to manufacture PA. FSI's sales of PA in agriculture have to be a huge multiple of any $'s that Yong can make from selling FA.
